The social media company also raised its forecast for the current quarter and lowered its expense forecast. This follows results from Microsoft (MSFT) and Alphabet (GOOGL), which kicked off the busy earnings week, both tech giants also surpassing quarterly estimates. The tech sector has been on a wild ride so far this year, seeing double-digit gains for some of its biggest players.
