Jones describes a conversation he had with the Amazon executive chairman at Bezos's ranch. He recalls Bezos saying: "Every day is day one. I wake up every day as if I have nothing, as if I've done nothing. What can I do today that will be impactful?" Reflecting on the moment, Jones recalls his reaction: "Sometimes dreams come true.' He goes, 'No, they usually come true.'" Jones believes that people need to dream bigger.
